Infrastructure Engineer

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment.
• Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes.
• Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.
• Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation.
• Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment.
• Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.
• Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours.
• 24/7 support require to handle BAU Operations.
