Infrastructure Engineer: Updating hardware required for maintenance of servers and the network, fixing any network and connectivity issues that could crop up, detecting system and application issues, and ensuring the smooth flow of data and voice throughout the network.

Detail Job Description:

1 Installing, commissioning, monitoring, and maintaining operating environments; conduct a Root Cause Analysis of Network Malfunctions.

2 Responding effectively and speedily to any problems - maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and colleagues.

3 Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response - conducting regular training within team members.

4 Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure - create and maintain the security awareness training and assessment program.

5 Manage OEMs, contractors, third parties, cloud services providers, and other vendors as per project needs.

6 Oversee all reports and documentation related to infrastructure design, deployment, operations, and support & manage resource libraries of technical information and solutions.

7 Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design, and monitoring - Complete Routine Preventative Maintenance of Network Infrastructure.

8 Advise management team by identifying critical security issues; recommend risk-reduction solutions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic, or equivalent.

2. Having technical skills such as database (MySQL, PL/SQL), Linux, Python,Network,Hardware and Shell script.

3. Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.

6. Self-motivated, teamwork, and able to work independently.

7.Professional level of Chinese and English can be used in work.
