A leading shipping company is loooking for digital project managers to implement and lead the development of their infrastructure products and solutions.
Your new role:
- Assist in defining the vision and strategy for digital products that enhance the shipping and logistics experience
- Support the collection and documentation of product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, including operations, technology, sales, and marketing teams
- Participate in the product development lifecycle, contributing to tasks from ideation and design to launch and post-launch support
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and suggest improvements
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure products meet user needs and deliver value
- Support project timelines and assist in ensuring milestones are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to product and project management and logistics
You will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Strong interest in product management and digital solutions in the shipping, logistics, or supply chain sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and apply data for problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and willingness to work in an agile team environment
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
