- Manage and configure infrastructure systems and applications, including Active Directory Services, data centers, video conferencing, audio systems, telephony, server storage, backups, and more. Additionally, oversee network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPNs, internet proxies, wireless networks, desktops, mobile, and remote devices.
- Ensure automated system backups, successful execution of recovery and disaster recovery plans, and timely application of patches. Monitor system resource usage to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with external vendors to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including administration and user guides.
- Provide technical support for both local and overseas branch users across LAN and WAN environments, maintaining strict security standards.
- Identify and evaluate products, solutions, vendors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support while leading or contributing as a team member in various projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field CCNA certification is an added advantage.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in enterprise networking, including the implementation and support of WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization.
- Experienced in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and later versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products and services.
- Knowledgeable in internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations.
- Familiar with hardware including Alcatel PABX, FortiGate devices, Cisco equipment, and Unifi Wireless Access Point Controllers.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Risk and Cybersecurity principles knowledge of PDPA is highly desirable.
- Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux systems is a plus.
- Skills in API/Web Programming and Database Administration are considered an asset.
