The Innovation Delivery Lead & Value Manager APAC role Involves collaborating with commercial leaders to establish partnerships with GSA and strategic account customers in the APAC region. This role requires building strong external networks with R&D and Process Development customer teams to communicate the value of the company's innovation pipeline, create co-innovation opportunities, and secure resources for collaboration. Additionally, the role involves creating new formal collaboration programs to ensure sustainable future growth with global partners and overseeing existing innovation collaboration programs.

Your Role:


Collaborate with internal Process Solutions teams globally to execute collaboration projects and long-range plans.
Partner with various internal organizations such as Commercial, Global Strategy, Customer Application, Technical & Scientific Solutions, Product Management, and R&D to co-develop products and solutions aligned with customer needs and overall business opportunities.
Facilitate voice of customer alpha and beta trial feedback to ensure alignment with customer needs and support pipeline development.
Provide collaboration scorecards and program performance metrics to commercial and business leadership and make recommendations on resource allocation.
Support the development and execution of the Value Management Centres strategy to create a value culture across the Process Solutions business and expand support to global strategic accounts in the APAC region.
Collaborate with commercial partners and customer stakeholders to qualify and create tailored business cases and facilitate value improvement and productivity programs.

Who You Are:


BSc with 8+ years experience or MSc with 4+ years experience.
At least 4 years experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or biotechnology industry, with a focus on customer-facing or business development roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills.
Experience in presenting and communicating with senior executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Experience with financial analysis/modelling and Lean Six Sigma principles.
Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
Additional language skills in Mandarin and Korean are welcomed.
Project Management skills are a plus.
Travel expectations are 10-30%, primarily APAC region, with occasional international travel to customer locations and Companys facilities across the globe.
