Responsiblities:
- Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers.
- Coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
- Organize appointment with customer and ensure that presentation materials are prepared
- Contact customers to check on their level of satisfaction with the company.
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed
- Report any inventory or service issues to supervisors
- Understand customer's requirements and provide aadvice on the technical issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level and above
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of sales support working experience.
- Good communication skills & computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
