Responsible for prospecting, promotion and sales of the company's suite of products and services.
Liaise with and develop relationship with strategic accounts.
Leads and customer information entry into our Sales system.
Provide Channel & Product sales support.
Work closely with vendor to manage service renewals and providing weekly pipeline updates.
Following up on sales and renewal enquiries actively till closure.
Work closely with team members to facilitate calls, manage work flow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
Assist with providing necessary information to procurement team for order processing.
Liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Business Administration/ IT or related discipline. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Sales Administration and Telemarketing necessary.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team and perform under pressure.
