Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (ID4597)
Location: : Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: $2800-$3800
Summary of Job Description
1. Playing a fundamental role in achieving company revenue growth objectives.
2. Responsible for processing orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Ownership of allocated Inside Sales work by customer account.
2. Understanding customer needs and requirements
3. Generating quotations based on customer requirements.
4. Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
5. Ensure all customers required specifications, drawings and any related documentation are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
6. Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders.
7. Ensure timely delivery of shipment.
8. Work with outdoor sales to achieve objectives.
9. Generate M3 report for data accuracy.
10. Responsible for and directly involved with assigned customers.
11. Monitor delivery and expediting when needed.
12. Collaborate purchase orders to suppliers.
13. Track orders and ensure timely delivery by suppliers.
14. Handle customer returns and issues from suppliers.
15. Co-ordinate shipment from/to customers & suppliers.
16. Following up customer overdue payment.
17. Suggest improvements to increase efficiency of Inside Sales dept.
18. Any tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Education and/or Experience
. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
. Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
. Knowledge of Inside Sales activities.
. Knowledge of ERP /Oracle system such as order processing, issuance of PO.
. External audit experience and/or demonstrate strong working knowledge with internal controls preferred.
. Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
. Meticulous, independent and responsible with good organization and analytical skills.
. Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
. Proficient with Excel, Office and experience with ERP/ Oracle systems.
