THE ROLE
As an Inside Sales Lead for the Asia Pacific region, you will be responsible for maximising pipeline generation by creating and progressing leads through the sales funnel, ultimately increasing revenue potential from demand generation programs. This role requires close collaboration with a number of teams, primarily sales and field marketing, but also presales and other disciplines that support developing leads into qualified opportunities and meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
This is a hybrid player-coach role: you will drive activity in your own territory while overseeing the work of 2-3 individual contributors.
OPPORTUNITES
You will be focused on creating and developing leads into opportunities, primarily for prospects / new clients, and in certain situations, for existing clients as well
You will work with the regional sales team and the field marketing team to align on, plan and execute outbound demand generation activity, and will maintain an updated calendar of these campaigns
You will support demand generation activities run by the marketing team, such as events, webinars, and other similar tactics
You will follow-up on field marketing campaigns that deliver high-quality leads, and you will develop these leads to ensure conversion to qualified opportunity status
You will establish and maintain strong and results-focused working relationships with the regional sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams
You will ensure all activity is appropriately captured and tracked in our sales management tools and ensure that all prospect and opportunity information is maintained and up to date
You will consistently follow designated demand generation and pipeline management processes to ensure robust lead and operational measurement and reporting
You will develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Banking industry, and deep knowledge of the Temenos solution portfolio
You will maintain a consistently high activity rate aimed at achieving / exceeding your individual and team targets
SKILLS
You should have high energy and determination to achieve/exceed quantitative and qualitative targets, with a high degree of self-motivation
You should have experience in sales, business development, sales development or customer service roles
You should have proven influencing skills using written, and verbal communication including telephone
You should have strong presentation, organization, prioritisation, and time management skills
You should love interacting with people, problem-solving and finding creative solutions which you can present in a consultative manner
You should have the ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
You should be proficient in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce or other CRM / Sales Management tools, Salesloft or other lead engagement tools, Cognism or other data enrichment tools, and analytics tools, such as Clari
You should have strong communication skills with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Proficiency in any other regional languages is a plus.
