Job Description

Education required: Undergraduate studying Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Expected Start date: June/July to December 2024 (6 months, fulltime)

What will you do

Where does the role fit

Ensure that the API manufacturing and laboratory operations are carried out in a compliance manner to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in defects trending and analysis, identify and implement improvements, and streamline work processes to drive down defects.

What are we looking for

Educational background Undergraduate studying Diploma / Bachelor in Chemical Engineering / Pharmacy / Chemistry who is interested in learning more about a manufacturing environment and vaccines

Strong written and oral communications skills

Excellent English proficiency

A keen interest in production

Meticulous, organized, and dedicated

Understanding of the quality related processes

Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.

Learning Outcome:


This mimics the role of a Compliance Officer, giving the candidate a hands-on experience of compliance activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

You will have the opportunity to expose to API manufacture and laboratory operations, understand QA oversight in API operations, perform data analysis, and develop problem-solving skills and implement improvements.

On-the-job learning will be provided with the opportunity to work alongside existing Compliance Officers who act as mentor for a better understanding of the cGMP and regulatory requirements.
