Are you a skilledQuality Inspector looking for an exciting new opportunity Honeywell Aerospace inJoo Koon, Singaporeis seeking a motivated and experienced Inspector to join our team. As a Inspector at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations by producing high-quality precision parts using various machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Incoming Quality / Cell Quality / Final Inspection
Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102 requirement
CMMprogrammingand measurements
Raise Non-conformance notifications
Read and Interpret blueprint and specifications
Assist Quality Engineer in Rejection Analysis and Quality Improvement Plan
Requirements:
Candidate must have a minimum of NITECcertificate or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Familiarity in CMM use and its application will be an added advantage
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprint and specifications
Proficient in understanding GeometricDimensioningand Tolerancing (GD&T)
Well-versed in using various measuring equipment such as air spindle, micrometer
Preferably personnel with precision machining or aerospace background
Preferably personnel with Net-Inspect and Discus ballooning software experience
Self-driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Team player with good interpersonal communication skills
