Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Comply to occupational safety and health regulations and maintain the attitude that all accidents are preventable.
Conduct process, work station, final product, quality systems, source substantiation processes and package audits.
Assist the Quality Systems Engineers in the administration of quality systems, source substantiation and vendor appraisal audits.
Assist/support the Quality Systems Engineers in all regulatory and customer audits.
Review shopfloor documents such as routers, operation sheets, SOPs, departure records, process change notices etc for adequacy and ensure quality requirements are met.
Provide support as deemed appropriate in driving processes to 6 sigma level.
Conduct first article inspection for repair source substantiation.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Diploma in Aerospace/Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering
Any relevant Diploma engineering courses
Basic product and process knowledge.
Auditing skills
Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9000 and PC software applications.
Basic Quality Systems knowledge.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of employees
