Inspector

a)Non-compliance to statutory requirements, e.g.

- Unapproved building works and any additions/alterations,

- Fire Safety Hazards,

- Unapproved usage or change of usage of premises,

- Illegal activities in premises e.g. illegal dumping, gambling, etc,

- Unapproved worker's dormitory;

- Unapproved sales of diesel;

b) Unapproved subletting;

Submit inspection reports including photos to Client on the findings (Inspection Report) and send breach letters to company if non-compliances or irregularities are detected;

c) Encroachment;

d) Poor Maintenance/Housekeeping; and

e) Unauthorised reclamation.
