Record and update information needed to document daily production using the following HACCP/AVA procedures
Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Job Requirement
Organize & maintain work discipline/order of trainee
Behaviour intervention for Trainees
Plan and oversee trainees production to ensure quality assurance
Liaise with relevant sectors, such as suppliers, sponsors and customers. And to maintain good relations with stakeholders and customers
Work on trainees management, intervention plan and develop assessment tool
Assist in performing assessments of trainees. (E.g. Standards of Work Performance reports, Progress reports, WSP, checklist) every March and September of the year
Train and guide trainees on vocational skills
Communicate and collaborate with trainees caregivers and stakeholders on their progression
Manage CSR and volunteers activities
Manage ad-hoc and regular repeated sales
Provides consistent, timely, high quality work and completes all assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision
Assist on late/weekend events & stay back during festive orders, if required
To upkeep and maintain inventory check, cleanliness
Requirements
Higher NITEC/ Diploma with 2 to 3 years of work related experience in bakery or pastry.
Knowledge in baking - cookies, cakes, bread etc
Knowledge in chocolate making
Effectively bilingual in order to speak with clients and associates of different culture/ backgrounds
