Job Description (Full-time) To provide administrative claims supports to the claims team through general administration and payments
Manage and ensure all claims records are kept up to date in system
Handle claims notification (FNOL, emails, accident reports) and registration of claims.
Ensure that ALL claims are registered accurately in the system.
To ensure handling of survey assignments are done in a timely manner and as per NIMA protocol
To Ensure PDPA & compliance rules are adhered when assigning surveys to external surveyors
Assist to answer emails received via different claims mailbox
To assist in scanning and uploading of documents in the system.
To assist in receiving documents from external parties
Able to undertake additional tasks or other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by manager
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative jobs
Organised and highly adaptable
Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
Independent yet a team player
Able to work under pressure
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, excellent in written and verbal communication
Flexible and positive with all business needs change
Must uphold strong code of work ethnics, in particular confidentiality of information
Basic Microsoft Office skills is required
Qualification: O level, Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
