About the Team At Lark Technologies, the APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) Marketing Team is an energetic, innovative, and results-driven group that plays a critical role in expanding Lark's brand presence and driving business growth. Focused on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, the team collaborates closely with our sales, partnerships and growth teams to amplify lead generation and brand awareness. We run dynamic campaigns across digital platforms, host engaging events, and foster strategic partnerships to effectively communicate Lark's unique value propositions to our target audiences. Responsibilities: As an Integrated Marketing Manager at Lark, you'll have comprehensive exposure to digital, event and content marketing, working alongside our all-rounded marketing team. You can expect to: Digital/Content (40%) - With a creator mindset, craft creative and engaging organic content for social media that evangelizes the Lark brand and generates demand at the top of the funnel. - Own the messaging iterations for social media posts, EDMs, websites, and other channels to drive conversions. - Conduct competitive research to enhance the design and content of marketing materials across all channels. Events (40%) - Collaborate closely with the GTM team in APAC to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including online platforms, offline events from end-to-end. - Assist in the discovery, coordination, and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities, both online and offline in the APAC region. Drive miscellaneous important initiatives across functions (20%) - Own special projects that require cross-functional collaboration and alignment. - Actively research trending marketing strategies in B2B SaaS and come up with impactful ideas for Lark. - Drive adoption of martech tools to boost content mileage and lower product cost.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Proficient in navigating various social media platforms, with a keen understanding of each platform's nuances. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Business proficiency in any other South East Asian language is an added advantage, given the needs to communicate with external customers. - You have a good grasp of growth marketing. You demonstrate creativity in identifying trends, generating innovative solutions, and crafting engaging content for diverse audiences. - You're a creator at heart. You're comfortable with graphic design tools or video editing software, with the ability to create and edit visual assets for marketing purposes. - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment - You excel at multitasking and can effectively manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting. - You have a passion for integrated marketing and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.
