The Media Manager role will primarily be responsible in ensuring day-to-day accounts operations are running smoothly, that includes media planning, set ups/implementations, and reporting & billing/reconciliation. Secondary role is to support team's director in leading and driving initiatives for accounts on hand. The role will be supported by a Media Planner, and will be the directly report to team's director.

Expectations of an Integrated Media Manager:

  • Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
  • Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
  • Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizations
  • Recommend media solutions that consider all potential appropriate channels, across offline media (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) and digital media (direct IO digital and biddable media)
  • Build strategies, media frameworks and makes rationalized media recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
  • Manages the daily work flow of all client campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives
  • Able to organise & delegate, sensitive to needs & problems of reporting staff - works across buying & planning issues
  • Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leveraging cases from existing relationships to create new relationships
  • Assistin mentoring, and developing team members

Qualifications

  • 4-5years of experience in a media agency
  • Vocal in communication (able to lead and hold discussions internally and externally) and comfortable in presentation
  • Strong understanding of media fundamentals and media workflow (from planning, executing, reporting to billing)
  • Conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix, hands-on experience with various technology platform
  • Sense of commercial acumen
  • Attention to detail and numeracy
  • Possess rigor with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in finance, automotive pharma/healthcare is preferred
