Team Introduction
The team's main objective is to improve overall moderation quality within the Integrity space at the ads and advertiser level through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. We achieve our objectives through key quality metric monitoring, insight generation and drive for improvements through product and process initiatives. We also initiate innovative projects leveraging the latest technology and operational management efforts.
Responsibilities
- Quality Planning: Design the quality strategy for integrity and make recommendations and proposals to the Quality Management System based on research and benchmarking. Oversee plan for moderation quality, including quality measurement, RCA and improvement processes, and key projects.
- Quality Measurement: Create and optimize quality measurement processes, setting up and continuously improving online and offline workflows. Expand new quality metrics to cover comprehensive product lines such as Accuracy and FPR.
- Monitoring & RCA: Continuously monitor trends for North Star quality metrics, including FPR, FDR, ATA, and Inconsistency Rate. Derive insights and drive initiatives to improve metric performance. Conduct root cause analysis of critical quality metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives.
- Improvements: Collaborate with Product and RD teams in the development of major projects from inception to completion, coordinating with multiple stakeholders for successful implementation, including addressing platform issues and improve auto-moderation performance by reducing model overkill. Liaise with the Policy team to drive quality improvements through data insights and enhance the policy iteration process. Collaborate with MI human moderation functions and QC/QA to drive human improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in product operations, project management, or related fields. A background in quality improvements within a relevant industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with moderation landscape and business logic, along with an understanding of quality management frameworks.
- Proficient in problem-solving and solution-finding. Capable of independently addressing complex issues using data sensitivity and analytical skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills for effective implementation.
- Excellent English communication and coordination skills, including strong written and data analysis capabilities.
