Job Description
Interaction Design:
- Lead the overall interaction design for the cryptocurrency trading platform, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
- Analyze user needs and industry trends, translating them into efficient design solutions.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.
Project Management:
- Independently manage the entire design lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, coordinate cross-functional resources, and track project progress to meet deadlines.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of design solutions.
- Participate in product strategy discussions, providing actionable design recommendations to drive product innovation.
User Research:
- Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and gain insights into user needs to optimize product experience.
- Continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback and market trends.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in interaction design, team and project management.
- Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, with a solid foundation in design theory.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and project requirements.
- Innovative thinker, capable of presenting forward-thinking and creative design solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in UX and UI design.
- Experience participating in open-source projects or community initiatives.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous.
