Job Summary: The Design Assistant will work closely with the design team to support various design projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support
• Assist in creating design visual materials using design software.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input for design projects.
• Help prepare presentations for meetings with clients.
• Maintain and organize project files and documentation.

Administrative Duties:

• Schedule and manage meetings, design reviews, and other team activities

Research and Development:

• Conduct research on design-related topics, competitors, and market trends as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: GCE N Level and above.

Nationality:

• Singaporean, Malaysian welcome
• Proficiency to communicate, read and write (English and Mandarin)

Experience:

• Previous experience as a design intern or assistant is preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (e.g. Sketchup, Enscape, Autocad, Microsoft Office), attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
