Monitor student academic performance against outcomes
Undertake a fair and equitable assessment of students
Submit students academic progress reports to the Academic Director
Maintain a positive learning environment appropriate to Inspiration's ethos
Maintain at least 90% of student attendance in each class
Produce supplementary teaching resources, when required
Contribute to the curriculum development and general administration needs of the program as required
Willing to share with and guide students based on real-life experiences and knowledge

Requirements
Commitment to Inspiration's vision, mission, and strategic goals in the delivery of our programs
Demonstrated content knowledge of the program and monitoring strategies, which enable students to achieve their full potential
Ability to utilize a range of teaching and learning strategies to maintain student attendance and monitor student progress
Demonstrated organizational skills and commitment to deliver the program, undertake student assessment, and submit progress reports on time and according to requirements
Ability to teach students on project management with the relevance to Interior Design
Knowledge of various design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Rendering software) will be an added advantage
