Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on products and services to help them achieve their vision.
Sales and Product Promotion:
Present and promote a wide range of interior design products, including furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories. Create customized solutions to meet client needs and close sales effectively.Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service from initial consultation through project completion.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Coordinate product deliveries, installations, and any post-sale services required.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or home decor industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and the ability to translate client needs into design solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
