Roles and Responsibilities
Meet prospective clients and advise clients on space planning and design concepts.
Prepare proposal and quotation based on customers requirements and design
Propose and present conceptual design to the customer
Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion
Assist in material proposal and product sourcing
Project coordination and site supervision
Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project completion.
Scheduling and coordination for renovation
Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation
Travel to the renovation site during the renovation period
Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with customers on time.
Requirements
Creative, positive attitude, and highly self-motivated
Problem-solving attitude
Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and meet project timelines.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in teams
Has prior knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD and Sketch-up
Minimum 3 years of relevant interior design experience (Residential, Retail and
Commercial projects). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
A minimum diploma or degree in Interior Design or relevant courses will beconsidered.
Candidates are to include their portfolio of work together with their updated resume when applying.
