Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior spaces that align with our clients needs and vision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop design concepts that meet client expectations and project objectives.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Select furniture, materials, lighting, and other fixtures that fit the project requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies.
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
