How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Candidate would be expected to:
- To understand and evaluate the current turnaround (TAR) process performance.
- Assist the TAR team to review existing TAR management procedure and improve the current process to increase plant reliability as well as reduce cost.
- To implement sustainable initiatives in streamlining the processes and increasing efficiency.
- Assist TAR team, Operations and site maintenance team in TAR maintenance planning, scheduling, execution (Supervisory, Inspection, Testing and Commissioning Work) and closure.
- Assist Reliability team in root cause analysis for reliability events in ASU and Hydrogen Plants. This include design or technical research, on-site investigation, inspection and detailed assessment.
- Others: #1 eg. Assist Maximo Champion in MAXIMO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) improvement project to improve data quality of equipment and preventive/corrective maintenance work order records for all facilities. Mainly for Element Important for Safety (EIS) and Critical Equipment.
- Others: #2 eg. Assist Reliability team in spare part management improvement project (Advance Maintenance Planning) to develop BOM list for all the main & critical equipment onsite for all facilities.
