We are currently seeking an Intern Analyst who can commit full time for at least 4 months to join our Partnership Strategy Team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analytics and be able to derive data insights to drive business decision making.
In this role, you will
- support the Partnerships team to gather and analyse customer engagement and behaviour data within the loyalty program andidentify trends, retention drivers, and areas to enhance the performance of existing partnerships
- prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations, summarising the key findings and propose recommendations to enable informed decision making for the team
- support the development of engagement strategies, offers and promotions to identify key business areas to drive incremental value for our partners
- identify and propose improvements to enhance efficiency in the process workflows, leveraging tools like Python and/or SQL for automation
You will be a great match if you:
- are able to commit at least 4 months full time, starting from January 2025, with a possibility of extension till June 2025
- have experience in business intelligence/data visualisation tools like data tech stacks such as DataDog, Snowflake etc
- are proficient in SQL and/or python
- have the curiosity about data and willingness to experiment, test hypothesis, and challenge conventional thinking
