Summary
The objective of the position is to collaborate with business units and leverage technology to enhance business operations.
What you'll do
The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
Collaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities using technology
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, guiding the implementation of systems
Assist in designing and implementing streamlined processes
Prepare project documentation (business blueprint document, business requirements document, schedule, etc.), and trainings materials.
Work closely with external software vendors to ensure smooth software development, implementation and maintenance
Ensure all agreed deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and to an optimal level of quality
Provide a second line of support to users
Identify and resolve technical issues
What you'll need
IT background preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Visio) and other BPM Software skills
A firm understanding of software development methodologies
Good organization, interpersonal skills and communication skills
Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must
