What you will do:
The position reports to the Service Sales Leader, APAC and is a key contributing member who will provide exceptional support to drive commercial intensity to manage our APAC Regions to drive pipeline growth and secured orders, track, analyze and communicate the performance to our internal with daily and dynamic visibility.
How you will do it:
Design & implementation of impactful BI dashboards using PowerBI to analyze market activities and extract leading indicators, providing critical insights that support strategic decision making & enable proactive responses to market dynamics.
Implement simulation models to analyze various aspects of Sales operations such as pipeline trends, regional & sub-regional dynamics to identify proactive actions, enable orders forecasting accuracy and confidence.
Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures and understanding of data modeling concepts, data integration methods to consolidate data from various sources into PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, with the ability to perform queries and manage data effectively.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Interpret business requirements and convert them into insightful visualizations and reports
Apply business acumen and analytical skills to provide actionable insights, towards stronger sales operational excellence performance, by performing benchmarking across APAC to identify best-in-class practices and areas for continuous improvement in the various countries/markets
Support in the execution of Daily Management plans, including enabling cadence planning, impact capturing & problem solving.
What we look for:
Pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or data science & analytics from a reputable educational institution
Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Data Modeling & Visualization, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation, enhancing the capability to work with complex datasets.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to apply analytical thinking to dissect complex data and extract meaningful insights relevant to business objectives.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data visualizations and reports.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate data insights and analysis to both technical and non-technical team members.
Having practical skills with Salesforce platform would be a very strong plus
