Intern, Customer Service (Customer Facing)

Supporting the Community team, this role will have to:

• Provide an onsite customer service to JustCo members, visitors, guests
• Respond customer service-related queries/requests from clients/ visitors/ guests over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, via emails or calls)
• Assist with JustCo members move in, move out experiences
• Assist with daily operations of JustCo centre to ensure a satisfied customer staying / working experience
• Follow internal SOPs and assist with members events/ JustCo initiatives in our centre

Requirements:

• Fresh grads or Poly/Uni students (waiting for grad) are welcomed to apply
• Have a keen interest in the Customer Service world / Co-working workspace industry
• Good spoken English and proficient in Microsoft Outlook / Excel
• Friendly, cheerful and energetic
• Team player with ability to work independently
