Intern, Digital Information Technology (Diploma Students)

Our Company - Digital Information Technology (DIT) department is seeking an intern who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about our company by helping different teams within the DIT department.

We are looking for a motivated and talented, self-driven information technology individual to join our team. The goal of this program is to help further develop your skills in a professional work environment, giving you sufficient exposure in a working project.

1.The IT intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems and configurating hardware and software. This includes front facing applications and resolving internet and network access issues, providing network printer support, network troubleshooting.

2.Involve in a CRM project implementation. From the start of the system life cycle which includes requirements study, design and build, testing and documentation. This involves a deployment of 200 staff's strength including a MENDAKI's portal for our public users.

3.The IT intern will equip with the hands-on experiences with the skillsets and exposure to a full CDLC cycle of project implementation.

4.Attending meetings where necessary and IT interns will learn to take minutes and requirements.

5.Other duties as assigned
