Have not decide which career path to go into EXPLORE MULTIPLE CAREER OPTIONS IN A SINGLE INTERNSHIP. Be part of a team with diversed engineering specialisations. Work alongside with professionals from different field of expertise and gain valuable insights to Process Engineering, Commissioning and Validation, Instrumentations and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management.
Project Management
Learn through projects. Manage your own projects and leave your mark in the company by delivering impactful benefit; eg. lead a SMED six sigma project to improve cycle time, or introducing a bespoke piece of equipment that add new capability to the plant. Don't just hone your technical knowledge, pick up decision making, critical thinking, stakeholder management, change management and other important soft skills that will put you at the forefront of your future career.
Assist engineer in preparing and starting up flowskid (pumps, PFRs, WFE etc) for continuous manufacturing.
Assist engineers to test and commission new equipment.
Manage and execute assigned projects in one the following areas according to PMI project management framework:
- New equipment introduction
- Instrumentation and Automation
- Six sigma & continuous improvement
What are we looking for
Educational background Undergraduate studying Chemical Engineering/Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering/Industrial Engineering who is interested in learning more about continuous manufacturing
Strong written and oral communications skills
Excellent English proficiency
A keen interest in production
Meticulous, organized, and dedicated
