Join the Service Delivery & Operations team to track and manage orders, while supporting the business to manage and provide excellent service to customers.
Make an Impact
- Be involved in allocation of network infrastructure required to provision corporate data or engineering services, and the generation of associated documentations.
- Liaise with operation staff and field staffs to resolve issues pertaining to the fiber planning and design work.
- Manage and extract database for management report as and when required.
- Assist to perform and manage escalated cases for all fiber planning and design requirements.
- Ensure the task is completed on time and accurately to meet team's Key Performance Index (KPI), which includes the measurement of on time performance, design errors and response time to capacity check requests.
Skills For Success
- Currently purusing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrate high level of customer focus to internal and external customers.
- Possess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Good at planning and organisational skills.
- Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Good in report writing and presentations.
