Job Description
Handling office tasks.
Carry out all administrative procedures following the arrangement of funeral cremation, doing up funeral notices, online tribute sites, music requests and etc. ,
Assist in preparation of correspondences and documents.
Assist in arranging funeral hearse & bus transportation for family.
Perform administration duties inclusive of management of stationery, purchase and maintenance of office equipment/pantry. ,/
Be responsible for company uniforms stock taking.
Be responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the office.
Able to communicate with team members and vendors.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. uniforms, office keys and etc) ()
Prepare funeral cremation passes.
Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Good attitute, Meticulous & able to work independently ,,
Proficient in MS Word & Excel Word Excel
Need to be able to write and speak English & Mandarin languages in order to communicate with team members and vendor for funeral arrangements ,
Able to multi-task & take initiative
