Following up with and integrating the toolkits from various functional departments to ensure that they are seamless and tailored to franchisees.
Maintenance and update of the Franchise Portal site
Ensuring the resources from functional departments in the portal, such as franchise manuals and user guides are up-to-date.
Maintaining list of users and user access controls
Monitoring user feedback on the portal and implementing initiatives to improve user experience and navigation
Supporting and tracking implementation of initiatives in commercial and operational tracks and liaison with functional departments on the status of the initiatives.
Analysis of Franchise performance and support formulation of performance support resources / communication
Research on Competitor Franchise offerings and programmes, including fees and compliance requirements in markets of interest, such as selected European and Asian markets.
Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) preparation and update in selected markets where required.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality or Technology related field of study.
Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.
Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills.
Possesses analytical skills and familiar with Power BI and Excel to create modeling.
