Position Overview
We would like to offer an internship for motivated University undergraduates to experience working in the Group Governance & Sustainability (GGS) department, particularly the Group Risk Management function.
As a supporting role to GGS Team, the candidate will be involved in the establishment of an integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework with the combined business groups, coordinate implementation of this framework and set up the risk profile register template to be used by each SBU at the REIT/ fund and country level.
In addition, the candidate will be engaged in the setting up of a consistent Group-wide risk management systems and processes in facilitating the identification, evaluation, and reporting of risks within the risk appetite, as well as updating the ERM related manuals and documents.
Depending on the timing of the projects, the candidate could also be involved in implementing the Group Internal Audit, Sustainability and Corporate Compliance Program across the Group and in the process, gain some experience on internal audit, controls, compliance and ESG matters in the real estate fund management industry.
