Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities.
- Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities.
- Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model.
- Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
- Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material.
- Support the team on investment due diligence.
- Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
- Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
