As a Learning & Growth intern, you will play a key role in crafting dynamic and informative training content to support the company's learning needs - including developing video content, training materials, and applications designed to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Training Manager and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create tailored content.
- Develop, forge and maintain compelling and impactful learning materials encompassing manuals, handouts, instructional guides, videos, and more.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of training applications to boost learning outcomes.
- Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and contribute to efforts for continuous improvement.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance training delivery.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere CC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training applications is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
