Job Summary
The intern will support the Southeast Asia and Australia operations team in pre-opening of four hospitality projects in Thailand and Malaysia, and conduct operating performance analysis for current operating properties.
Job Description
- Support in the Pre-opening activities for four projects in Thailand and Malaysia
- Support development of power point presentations for concept development
- Analyze operating performance of operating properties (To support on performance data analysis on operations performance number to then be able to use the derived statistics to validate and generate future budgets)
- Support team in competitor analysis
- Perform related ad-hoc support such as reorganizing documentations and images in operation folders
Key Qualification
- Prone to action with a get it done attitude and strong time management skills
- Resourceful, organized, and attentive to details
- Data savvy and love crunching numbers
- Skilled and well versed with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
