YOUR ROLE
As a Rewards & International Mobility (IM) Intern, you will play a supporting role in ensuring effective administration of compensation and benefits programs within the Company. You will work closely with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to assist in various tasks related to compensation, benefits, and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Support the administration of employee Rewards & IM programs, including but not limited to insurances, pension plans, and other perks.
- Assist in the timely and accurate update and maintenance of employee records related to Rewards & IM, to facilitate payroll processing and e-notifications etc
- Respond to inquiries relating to Rewards & IM, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to Rewards & IM, including cost projections, budgeting, and benchmarking etc.
- Participate in the implementation of new Rewards & IM initiatives or changes, providing support in communication and training efforts.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to Rewards & IM administration, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Support the coordination of events, workshops, or training sessions for Rewards & IM related topics.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information related to Rewards & IM.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel) for data management and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the employment laws and regulations governing Rewards & IM administration.
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented approach to supporting the HR team and relevant stakeholders.
