Responsibilities

• Focus on on-going business improvement projects specifically.
  • Creation and fine-tuning processes within the organisation.
  • Participate in system enhancements discussion and its respective UAT.
  • Championing the use of new business processes and systems.
• To work with Team Lead to liaise with external stakeholders for new onboarding of counter parties or to liaise with existing service providers to keep information up to date.
• To work with Client Advisors and Assistant Client Advisors to provide administrative support and maintaining the organisation of client data and records.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimally a bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business, and/or related fields.
• Prior internship experience in banks or immigration companies is preferred.
• Strong written and conversational skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles.

Internship Duration

• Ability to commit to at least a 4-months internship. A 6-months internship is preferred.
