Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through job portals
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Update candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
• Participate job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (mass recruitment)
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both spoken and written
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative, meticulous, self-motivated and sales oriented
