Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company.
Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Sales Manager immediately
Understand customer's requirements, provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Preferably with 1-2 years of sales support working experience. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is an added advantage.
Minimum GCE O level.
Good communication skills & good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
