Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and manage a team of engineers and to be on standby with 24/7 on-call emergency response and availability
- Maintaining MEP infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors.
- Manage and plan for MEP preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
- Manage and plan for annual shutdown
- Prepare monthly reports e.g. energy report, asset report
- Manage contractors and projects.
- Manage client enquiries and requests
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years data center facilities experience.
- Operational experience with critical facility equipment/ system that includes but not limited to transformers, generators, DRUPS, UPS, PDU, Chiller System, ,CRAH and Fire System.
- Work independently with minimum of supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain all facility related documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
