Job Description

Missions

  • Evaluate deals, develop investment proposals and assist with due diligence efforts on investment transactions;
  • Perform financial modelling and due diligence on target companies;
  • Portfolio management & monitoring of existing portfolio companies;
  • Create pitchbooks and assist with fund-related materials for new and existing funds.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

  • Be able to commit full-time for a minimum period of 6 months (Jan - June 2025)
  • Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree; majors in Finance and Accountancy preferred
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
  • Good understanding of financial statements, strong analytical skills and a very good eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Motivated, results-oriented, a team player and wishes to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company.
