. Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post purchase orders.
. Inventory purchase rebate computation.
. Submission of sales report to landlords.
. Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
. Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
. Conduct yearly stock count.
. Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
. Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
. Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory-related workflows.
. Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.
