INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities.

. Inventory updates, control and accuracy

. Manage inventory movements among shops and warehouse

. Liaison with warehouse and shops

. Conduct bi monthly stock checks

. Maintain accurate stock inventory

. Creating Purchase Order, Transfer Order, Sales Order, Receiving Order

. Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports

Requirements

. Graduate or Diploma in any discipline

. Strong hands-on experience inventory management, with good understanding of business processes and IT

. Possess initiative, teamwork spirit and resource with good problem solving skills

. At least 3 years experience in inventory management.

. Proficient with Microsoft Office & knowledge of MS Access will be an advantage
