The RMA Inventory Specialist is responsible for processing, verifying, and performing basic troubleshooting as required for incoming RMA from Customer.
-In charge of RMA (Return Material Authorization) to manufacturer for faulty peripherals.
-Liaising with manufacturer and handle daily routine operations on RMA (Return Material Authorization).
-Perform Customer Returns (RMA) testing, recording and provide disposition.
-Review and expedite with vendor on shortage product.
-Coordinate with supply chain planning and suppliers to meet production schedule.
-Inventory management review
-Liaise with logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status and custom declaration.
-Data entry and Collate data for analysis and reporting.
-Loan of portable devices and accessory to customer
-Familiar with PC components. Passion for custom PCs will be an added advantage.
-Organized, Meticulous and Detailed-oriented.
-Ability to communicate issues and root cause information to the team, be detailorientated and wellorganized, and have a very strong commitment.
-Works independently and can interact with cross functional teams well.
-Entry level candidates welcome, training will be provided
- Working hours*: 5-days work week (4 weekdays + 1 Saturday, From 11am-8pm)
