The Investigations Associate is responsible for conducting thorough and comprehensive investigations into various matters, such as fraud, misconduct, and non-compliance to internal Standard Operating Procedures activities within the organization. He/she is expected to interface with Law Enforcement Agencies to enhance the Organisations effort to detect and deter fraudulent activities. The role involves collecting and analysing evidence, interviewing relevant individuals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing actionable recommendations based on findings. The Investigations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of the organization's operations.
Responsibilities
Identify process gaps in relevant fields and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve security standards
Enforce SOPs in all stations for better parcel management and security at the warehouse locations
Review and interpret data to identify operational issues and provide solutions which optimize service levels and mitigate loss
Facilitate and coordinate the maintenance of CCTV cameras at all warehouse locations
Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders in the investigation process to gather relevant and accurate data
Lead investigations of internal and external loss and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate
Reviewing surveillance footage, interviewing staff, and working closely with law enforcement agencies, if necessary
Prepare investigation case reports and summary of incidents
Requirements
1 - 3 years of security services, asset protection or facility management experience
Security background will be advantageous
Prior experience in handling CCTV systems (preferably Hikvision) is beneficial
Ability to multitask and to provide sound advice on investigative strategies
Outgoing and persuasive personality
Energetic and enthusiastic at solving problems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
Diploma or equivalent in any field
