This is an exciting and varied position based out of the firms Singapore Office. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who works on their own initiative with little or no supervision. Job Responsibilities:
- -Deal screening: call and/or meet with prospects, evaluate opportunities. Perform Due Diligence.
-Documentation: summarize call notes, enter deal details in Investment report and preparing internal investment memos.
- -Ascertaining product market fits, evaluation Minimum viable products benchmarking market technology and competitor landscape
-Macro research on trends and developments in disrupting innovation and competitive landscape
- -Evaluate target companys technology including IPs, moat analysis Conduct background checks on the current management of the target company.
- -Perform valuation analysis via modeling. Job Requirements: A Degree in Law, or Engineering/Physics, or Finance, Business, Economics, or History (incl financial history) would be preferred.
- Good to have: past experience in the venture capital space especially cash flow modeling and investment valuation techniques.
Must have: penchant for the technology startups ecosystem, strong passion for following technology led disruptive innovation and above all high integrity and work ethics.
- Personal traits: strong common sense, analytical skills, detailed-oriented, curiosity to learn, self-motivated, good written and verbal communication skills and above all resourcefulness (doing more with less).
Functional knowledge: Excel / Sheets including advanced function; Ability to produce well designed professional quality Powerpoint / Slides outputs.
