We are currently working with a leading advisory firm on Analyst/Associate/AVP positions based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior team members in origination effort through regular proactive interaction with clients, investors and other professional advisors to build strong deal sheets and regional network
- Prepare marketing materials, pitch books & transaction documentation
- Building and maintaining financial models under the supervision of senior team members.
- Handle day-to-day execution of transactions under leadership of Director / MD.
- Ensure high quality standards and reliability of all materials
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or Banking & Finance.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
- Strong ability to build & interpret complex financial models and valuation.
- Ability to speak business level Chinese or Mandarin.
